How to Teach Your Dog to Roll Over and “Play Dead” FAST!

Every pet dog should understand ways to “play dead” and roll over! In this video I’ll offer your the most comprehensive lesson I ever have on this subject! Techniques are an AMAZING method to build communication and speed up progress in total training! These two are normally quite simple to teach.

I know this has nothing to do with this video but you should do a video of how to teach your dog to stop humping

+axel samperi is the dog neutered? i’ve always wondered if a neutered dog will still do that.

+InfernoRed54 We had a neutered female dog who kept humping people’s legs. It was funny but also rather embarrassing.

Either compulsive behavior or dominance is the cause. If you are dealing with dominance search up “dog whisperer”. I don’t encourage you to use his techniques on a common dog though.

So if I wan to teach my dog to walk in a circle (turn around), would I use this same type of lure training?

+hissyfit4711 Sure! Though there are usually several ways to go about teaching the same trick! Good luck!

+Zak George’s Dog Training rEvolution hey Zak I have a question. Where do I pick up where I left off on training my puppy ( just a few days older than 8 weeks GSD) “Leave It” or any other obedience training. I find the next day I have to start from the beginning (although she does progress a little quicker, and understands the concept quicker.) I train for about 10 to 15 minutes 2 or 3 times a day.

I don’t know, it doesn’t work on my dog, my dog is really smart and will find another way to get the trick than doing the trick, although it’s quite funny

I can’t do this with my dog because she gets too excited when she smells/sees a treat and it’s hard to get her to focus. She just sits and try’s to give me her paw with out me asking. Have you made a video that could help me on this or what should I do?

+Alex S See my video on fetch. Most likely, you have an energetic dog. Dogs like this usually need to release a significant amount of energy before they are prepared to absorb new concepts. Hope this helps!
